Until I accepted an internship at a boutique PR firm in Portland. They worked primarily with food brands which meant I worked primarily with food brands. It was the best summer ever. Not only did I learn all about PR, but I got to practice food styling, recipe development and even photography in between reading magazines like Food & Wine and Saveur and calling it βwork.β And the rest is history. That internship set me on the path to make the world of food and food media MY place.
